30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — refund or replacement, your choice.
Eligible Items
Returns are accepted on unopened products in original packaging. Opened products are eligible under our satisfaction guarantee — no need to send anything back.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@primanthus.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within one business day with next steps.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Common Questions
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?+
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our email list to be notified when it launches.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?+
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships. If it's been more than 48 hours with no movement, email us at support@primanthus.com and we'll look into it.
What if my package is marked delivered but I didn't receive it?+
Check with neighbors and building management first — carriers sometimes leave packages nearby. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll file a claim and send a replacement.
